Darrel gave me awsome service. I was doing a personal black hills picnic challenge which consisted of biking from Rapid City to Sylvan lake swimming the lake running up black elk peak and climbing all nine cathedral spires and then doing it in reverse in a 24 hr time frame when we broke a chain on a bike. Darrel not only replaced the chain but also fixed the problem which caused it to break in the first place all in a timely manner so we could finish the challenge. Thanks alot Darrel.

Far and away the best part of our vacation (6 hour private climbing). Chris and Doug were absolutely amazing with our kids and the adults! They got my wife and I climbing up to places neither of us thought we could. Worth every penny, can't wait to return.
